Log in to the Member Site.
From the links on the left, click Add Time.
You can add time to your account whenever you'd like, even if you are completely out of time. Each time you add time to your account, you can choose from any of the available plans.
Order of Use - Plans will be used in the order purchased.
Expiration Period - The expiration period begins when your plan becomes the "Current Plan." For your first plan, the expiration period will begin when you create your account. For subsequent purchases, those plans' expiration period will begin after you've used up the time from your previous purchases.
If you are not able to connect to the Internet, you can add time by contacting Customer Support.
