Automatic Billing

When you buy a plan with a credit card, you will be given the option to turn ON Automatic Billing. If you choose to turn it ON, we will automatically add time to your account when you have less than three hours left, using the same plan and credit card.

Automatic billing does not obligate you to use the service; you can turn it OFF at any time. When you turn it OFF, your credit card will no longer be stored in our system.

Turning ON/OFF, Changing Your Plan or Updating Your Credit Card

You can turn Automatic Billing ON or OFF, change your plan, or update your credit card at any time by doing the following:

 

Update/Don't Update Automatic Billing

If you are adding time to your account and you already have Automatic Billing turned ON, you will be given the option to update your existing Automatic Billing settings. If you choose "Update," we will change your settings to use the plan and credit card specified in this purchase. If you choose "Don't Update," we will leave your settings as they are currently: This will not turn OFF Automatic Billing. Your current settings will remain the same.
