Email Notifications

We will send the following emails to the email address in your profile.

 

When signing up for a new account, you will receive a welcome message with confirmation of your username and password.

 

When adding time to your account, you will receive an email receipt for your purchase.

 

When your account balance falls below three hours, you will receive an email reminder to add time to your account. You will not receive this email if you are signed up for Automatic Billing.

 

When your account balance has no time left, you will receive one email that lets you know that your account is out of time.

 

If you are signed up for Automatic Billing and your credit card is due to expire in the current month, you will receive a reminder email to update your credit card.

 

If you are signed up for Automatic Billing and your credit card was declined or could not be charged, you will receive an email requesting that you update your credit card information.

 

To update your contact email address, do the following:
