Log in to the Member Site.
From the links on the left, click Edit Profile.
Your profile contains the following information for customer support purposes.
First Name - your first name.
Last Name - your last name.
Email Address - your contact email address. This email address is used to notify you of problems with your account or changes in our service. For more information see Email Notifications.
Security Question - a personal question used to retrieve a lost password.
Security Answer - the answer to your security question.
