If you are able to connect to the Internet but are having a problem viewing a Web site, try the following:
Try a different Web site (for example: www.yahoo.com)
If you are not able to view one Web site but you are able to view others, such as Yahoo, there may be a problem with the one Web site that you can't access. You will have to wait until they fix the problem.
Reset your modem
If you are using a desktop computer with an internal modem, shut down your computer and leave it off for at least 5 seconds. Then restart your computer and try to connect again. If you are using an external modem, leave your computer turned on while you turn your modem off and then on.
If you are still unable to view web pages, contact Customer Support.
