The username or password that you entered is not recognized by the system.
Check your username
Make sure you are including the necessary prefix. When you manually configure your connection, you must include the bdu/ prefix with your username. In the Username field, enter your username in the following format: bdu/username
Make sure you have time left in your account
If you are out of time, you will get an Invalid Username or Password error. If you don't know whether you have time left in your account or to add more time, contact Customer Support.
