There is either a problem with the way you are dialing the access number or there is a problem with our modem network.
Check the number using your telephone
Dial the access number in all possible combinations (with area code, without area code, etc.) and include any extra numbers that you need to first dial to get an outside line.
When you dial the number properly, you will hear the modem at the other end (sounds like a fax machine). Note the combination that you used to complete the call and make sure your access number is entered in the same way. If you do not hear the modem using any of the combinations above, contact Customer Support.
Make sure the number is entered properly
Check the access number as it is entered to make sure it is dialing the number properly. For more information, see Entering Access Numbers.
