Setting Up Your Connection

You can use features built in to your computer's operating system to connect to the Internet. Configuring your connection is easy and takes less than 5 minutes. Setup instructions vary slightly for each system so select your operating system below for a step-by-step guide.

 

You will need your local access number to connect to the Internet. If you don’t already know the number, click the Access Numbers tab to search for a number or to download a text file of local access numbers.

Entering Your Username

When you manually configure your connection, you must include the bdu/ prefix with your username. In the Username field, enter your username in the following format: bdu/username
