If you can send email but are getting an error while trying to receive email, check your email settings to make sure they are entered correctly.
Make sure you are connected to the Internet while you are trying to send/receive messages.
Make sure your Incoming Mail Server (POP3) is mail.bdumail.com
Make sure that "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) is NOT checked.
